The Windsor Locks Animal Control Facility is now fully operational!
Windsor Locks Animal Control Office provides for the humane treatment of stray, neglected and abused animals.
Our responsibilities include the enforcement of local and state animal control laws, the humane capture and treatment of domestic animals, investigation of animal abuse, neglect, cruelty, and the provision of emergency transportation and care for injured animals within the Town of Windsor Locks.
We also investigate animal bites, roaming and unlicensed domestic pets, and aggressive animals.
Please have your pet spayed or neutered and help control the pet population.
